<big><strong>גמ׳</strong></big> אמר רב הונא אמר רב אין הלכה לא כרבי יהודה ולא כרבי יוסי אלא ב"ד מקרעין השטר וכותבין לו שטר אחר מזמן ראשון
R. JOSE SAID: HE<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' The creditor.
